WORK-LIFE BALANCE STUDY - 2008

About this Study: The following study examines the work-life balance initiatives currently being used at The University of Adelaide and how workplace culture can impact on whether employees use these initiatives or not. The study is also investigating the relationship between using work-life balance initiatives and employees' attitudes toward work-life conflict and the workplace in general. It aims to gain a greater understanding of employees' views towards work-life balance initiatives and identifying organisational factors that may be important for employees achieving a better balance between work and non-work life.
