- The "inverse gamma" distribution referred to in the text is in 
fact a regular gamma distribution.
- As far as I am aware, the "heat bath algorithm" referred to in
the appendix is in fact distinct from the Gibbs sampler, so the
reference to Creutz et al (1979) should be disregarded.
